  • Insert the plug into power socket.
  • Press the ON/OFF key to open the massager function with heat.
  • Press the ON/OFF key again, switch to reversing mode
  • Press the ON/OFF key for 3 seconds, massager is only kneading without heat.
  • Press the ON/OFF key one more times, turn off the massager.
